Due to the recent spread of the COVID-19 virus, and following the lead of our state government, we will be limiting the amount of person to person interaction we have with the general public as much as possible.

Therefore, we are implementing the following procedures as a precautionary measure until further notice:

Rental Payments: Please sign up and pay your rent through your Resident Portal (CLICK HERE). ACH payments are free of charge however, credit card payments will incur additional fees. Those without computer access can MAIL rental payments to our office, or drop it in the slot by our corporate office front door. Please also use drop slots at site offices, or mail your rent payments to your site office. If you would like a receipt, please indicate so and one will be mailed to you.

Maintenance Requests: Due to the current “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order.  Maintenance will be provided for Emergency Services only.  If you have any questions please call our office.

Apartment Tours: Tours will continue as needed, however, virtual tours will be the preferred method of showing vacancies.

Meetings: Should you require a meeting with our staff, we would prefer to use phone calls and/or FaceTime rather than in-person meetings.

Until the pandemic has subsided, we are being overly cautious to help prevent the spread of this disease and we appreciate your cooperation in our efforts.
